Do As I Say, Not As I Do..It's The Only Way

There's something known as hypocrisy which we as humans greatly despise. However, I find it strange since we're hypocritical multiple times Ada, so do we hate ourselves? But I'm not here to ask philosophical questions, only to make hyperbolic assumptions.

I'm going to be completely honest and say this: If you claim to not be hypocrite that makes you a hypocrite and a liar, which is much worse. You may not think you're hypocritical because you easily accuse others of hypocrisy, but I've got a list to prove you wrong!

  • The parent-child dynamic, because how else will children obey you.
  • The child-parent dynamic, to convince mom to spend her money on you.
  • When amongst friends, if you need them to listen to you.
  • When amongst enemies, because they're enemies so who cares.
  • During any moment in life when it's beneficial to you.

Now that I've finally mentioned the five major instances of hypocrisy, you're probably going to be extra careful to avoid being a hypocrite. DON'T DO THIS...it's not worth it in the long run as it's going to make your life worse. Don't believe me, well read this next list.

  • If you're honest all the time everyone else will lie to you more than usual.
  • How can you be trusted to keep any secrets when you run the risk of moral dilemma.
  • When things aren't going your way being a non-hypocrite will only make them worse.
  • You're putting yourself at a huge disadvantage for the sake of purity.
  • It goes against human nature, and everything about human nature is wonderful.

At the end of the day, you gain more in life when you're a hypocrite and you lose too much when you go out of your way to be absolutely honest. Think of how hypocritical the powerful people in charge are, all that happens they're yelled at for hypocrisy, yet they remain in power.

I wish I could find valid synonyms for hypocrite, hypocrisy and hypocritical...no I don't.
